Remember to wear green tomorrow and to carry your leprechaun net so you can catch those little chaps with their pots of gold.

Also chaps remember tomorrow is also "No talking to girls day".

Keep those progress reports coming in.

Tomorrow during block two look out for lucky leprechauns under your chair. If you find one take it to the cafeteria at lunchtime for your chance to win the pot of gold. Remember to hold them tight; they're slippery little devils!

Tomorrow's blocks are shortened to make time for the Pep rally tomorrow afternon where we recognize the achievements of our basketball, curling and cheer teams.

Friday, March 10th

Went to a meeting about the Skills Canada competition and should have some more information early next week for those wishing to enter.

The scope looks like it will be a challenge for intermediate welders but those with an extensive background (2 semesters or more) should find it right up their alley.

Those without that level of experience we'll be offering some extra help to. An adbantage you have though is that even if you don't progress to provincial competition you'll have invaluable experience for next year.
